WHAT A DAY !!

I am excited that the Presidential election is over. It seems like we have been waiting for years to have this vote take place. Barack Obama wins and has changed the course of American politics for years to come. I do not envy what he has to do in the next four years. If the economy rights itself in the next year he will look like the person who was able to influence the world that we are able to stop these things. If he doesn't he will be blamed for for just the opposite.
I will make a bold prediction here.... in four years we will have recovered economically, we will still have forces in Iraq, we will still have forces in Afghanistan and the medical system will be in a state of decline because of the Federal governments involvement. We will also not have done anything to fix Social Security. President Obama will voted out of office and blamed for all the problems left unresolved.
On a lighter side, today is my birthday! Hooray, Mexican dinner to celebrate and a special cake after church with my family. How old you wonder??
55 as of today, fifty five and still alive !!
Next year I will start to contemplate growing up. My wife says I act like a five year old. But I tell her it's a mature 5yr. old.
